The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Monday is trash day please take the can with the black top to curb on Sunday night.Remove all used bedding/towels, including comforters, & place them at Laundry door. Leave any unused bedding on bed
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving. • Please take out all trash and place it in the outdoor container located on the side of the
-Remove all toys and objects from the pool that were used and place back in the garage • Make sure all water features on the pool are turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home is centrally located near everywhere we wanted to go. It is on a busy street and getting in and out of the driveway was a bit difficult, but we were able to make it work. The pool and yard are very nice and great for kids. Kitchen is lacking a few items (cutting board, strainer, cookie sheet) if you are planning on cooking on site, but otherwise we had everything we needed.

We were just staying one night for a concert and the house was perfect. Good proximity to the location, easy to find, and clean. The pool looked very nice though we didn’t use it. Kim was kind and helpful when the WiFi PW did not work.

The home was clean and comfortable. It was well furnished and had some of the little things like cleaning supplies, pool accessories, some shower supplies, and extra blankets that make traveling easier. The pool and back yard looked great but, due to the weather we were unable to enjoy them. The road out front is fairly busy, but the house was very quiet. The only critique is there were only a couple smaller skillets and one baking sheet available for meal prep. A large skillet, griddle and a couple more baking sheets would help making meals for a large group easier.

Beautiful house located literally close to everything! The kitchen has everything you need, and the property was clean and well organized. The pool is awesome, and was so clean and refreshing. Plenty of outdoor space due to the furnished deck and plenty of poolside lounge chairs. The host was so pleasant and accommodating. She was prompt in returning any messages and very easy to work with. Definitely would stay again!
