This unit was not what I was looking forward to at all. Upon entry I noticed a mildew smell in the kitchen corner by the front door as well as when I walked past the entry leading to the bedroom. The floor was sticky and oily, the shower was dreadful. Hair was everywhere. On the mildew covered shower curtain, which I replaced, on the used loofah left in the shower, on the shower mat, walls, and floor and the bedroom room furry blanket. The couch was stinky and severly covered in stains and stink. I used the 2 sheets to cover it as you can't 100% keep children from sitting on a couch if you cooking in the kitchen for an event you're attending. Yes choose elsewhere. I reached out to the owner and didn't hear anything until I called her about a hidden alarm that was loudly going off as my children slept. When I informed her that I wrote and sent her pictures of the horrible conditions she just told me what time it was. A cleaner was never sent or offered. I had to replace the curtain and clean the fridge as food specs and stains were everywhere. Going up the stairs is scary and stinky floors when exposed base flooring, holes in the baseboards and wall. Just unwelcoming. Do not stay here if you have children. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend.

Before every guest’s arrival, our home is professionally cleaned, and our cleaning team provides time-stamped photos documenting the condition of the property after each cleaning. Those records do not support the cleanliness concerns described in this review. We received requests for a refund and discount that we were unable to accommodate. We responded to the concerns that were brought to our attention and addressed the alarm issue as soon as we became aware of it. We encourage future guests to review our history of positive reviews, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for everyone who stays with us.
