Welcome to Neuse Haven! Discover tranquility at our stylish retreat on 3 acres with a private pond and river access. Professionally designed, family-friendly, and centrally located, our spacious home offers peace and convenience. Relax in nature's embrace while being minutes away from downtown Raleigh.

Our home can comfortably accommodate a max of 16 guests. Kindly, we ask all guests to please read our house policies in the “Other Details” section before booking with us.

HOUSE RULES :

- No Parties or Events allowed on property (Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction)

- Max of 16 Guests allowed on the property, no exception! Approval by host

- Exterior quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM

- No guests allowed on the property other than those staying on the property ( ex: if your reservation is for 8 people, only 8 people allowed on the property) no exceptions.

- A max of 8 vehicles allowed on the property, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway, please try and carpool as best you can.

- Smoking permitted outside only. When done, all butts in to be disposed in trash cans. Any burn marks on furniture or Artwork will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- Pets: We welcome pets / service animals and allow for a max of 2. An extra cleaning fee of $100 per pet / service animal will be charged. This is a large property, whether service animal or not, dirt will be tracked into the property.

- Art work is for visual display only, please do not touch or tamper with any artwork on property. Any damage to Artwork will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- Please re-frame from rearranging any furniture. If furniture is moved/ re-designed, you will lose half of your security deposit.

- No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found, you will be hold liable.

North Carolina is currently experiencing severe drought conditions, and local water conservation measures and restrictions have been implemented throughout the region. As a result, we kindly ask that guests allow approximately 15 minutes between showers. Neuse Haven is supplied by a private well system, and this simple precaution helps maintain consistent water levels and ensures the best possible experience for everyone in your group.

These conditions are the result of the ongoing regional drought and related restrictions, which are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through these temporary circumstances.

Great house, lots of room and fun outside. Beautiful back yard near the creek, plenty of land to explore. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space and comfort. Adrian was a great host and very attentive.

My family of 11 and I stayed from August 2 through August 5, and where do I begin? This home was absolutely wonderful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely book it again without hesitation.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is to provide some helpful feedback for the host. This isn't meant as criticism, but simply to make them aware of a few minor issues. The room that was partially converted from the garage felt a little stuffy during our stay, and the windows could use a good cleaning. We were also unable to use the outdoor grill because it wasn't clean. As a suggestion, it may be helpful to have the housekeeper check and clean the grill during each turnover so future guests can enjoy it.Other than those minor issues, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
