This flat was fully refurbished two years ago. Its location is unbeatable, with a small balcony over looking Sant Andreu's amazingly quiet plaza and marketplace. High ceilings and fully restored unique wooden beams are seen throughout the flat. The kitchen's flooring of modernist style tiles are maintained, while containing all the modern conveniences. There is abundant natural light, with sun rays shining into the main living area during most the day. This apartment radiates a sense of peace and well-being.

VERY important regarding the spin cycle: please ALWAYS choose the 800 option (and not higher). Put the detergent directly on top of clothes to be washed (and not in drawer)
The large glass door in the living room can be opened completely or only partially (diagonally). When you switch it from one position to another, use both hands to support the door when closing it.
The Roomba (robot floor vacuum) and hand held vacuum: please remember to empty it from time to time if you use it frequently.
Please hang dry washed clothes using the foldable drying rack.
