This delightful penthouse apartment is located in a peaceful, traditional Barcelona neighborhood. With this location, you can escape the noise and crowds and enjoy the amenities of local neighborhood as well as a quiet, restful night’s sleep. The city and its many attractions are a short, easy subway ride. With three bedrooms on 2 levels (one single and two doubles), two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace, the apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of up to four.

The apartment's bright and airy rooms are tastefully decorated . The large open terrace is one of the biggest draws of the apartment. It is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, a relaxing nap in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing, or a candle-lit dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and stocked with basic kitchen supplies. At the doorstep of this lovely apartment is a small 24-hour convenience shop. Within the few blocks surrounding the apartment are a number of bars, restaurants, and shops which are far from touristy, and one can mingle with local residents.

From the subway stop( less than 50mts from the apartment), Barcelona is at your fingertips. The central Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Grácia, El Barrio Gótico are a mere 20 minute ride away. If you enjoy walking, Antoni Gaudi’s famous Sagrada Familia church is about a 30 minute walk from the apartment.

Außerhalb des Zentrums, aber gute U-Bahn-Anschlüsse

Eine kleine, aber zweckmäßige Wohnung. Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Der Zugang zum oberen Schlafzimmer könnte für ältere Personen beschwerlich sein. Schön ist die große Dachterrasse, allerdings durch Straßenlärm sehr laut. (wie fast überall in Barcelona!). Das Wohnviertel gefiel uns gut, da wir mittendrin waren und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants ganz in der Nähe waren, ebenfalls zwei U-Bahn-Linien. Der Empfang und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts waren sehr herzlich.

Mes amis et moi avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La communication était très bonne avec des réponses rapides et complètes. Appartement correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous n'avons aucun point négatif à ajouter et nous remercions particulièrement la dame à qui nous avons eu à faire qui était très gentille et arrangeante.

La propriétaire est très gentille et joignable. Mes amis et moi même avons passés un super séjour dans cette appartement qui est très cocoon; bien équipée et fonctionnelle ! on était comme chez nous. On a pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée le matin comme le soir; c'était très agréable. La station de métro a 2 minutes a pied est très pratique. Merci encore pour votre accueil. On reviendra.

Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos du site, propre, joliment décoré et confortable… Le calme et la proximité des lieux à visiter: un grand avantage. Accueil chaleureux et super sympa de Sonia. Excellentes communications antérieures avec Sara. Formalisation de la réservation sans incidents avec un virement bancaire. Bref, un appartement à recommander chaleureusement, sans oublier l´équipe humaine (Sara, Angel et Sonia) responsable et d´un sérieux impeccable qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La terrasse , qui est vraiment un plus, et les jolies soirées passées vont vraiment nous manquer. Bonne visite à cette ville étonnante...

Schöne Tage in Barcelona

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und haben in der sauber und gepflegten Wohnung eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung war mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Vor allem die Terrasse lädt aufgrund ihrer Größe zum genießen an der frischen Luft ein. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von zwei U-bahn Stationen . Alle Ziele konnten wir von dort aus sehr einfach erreichen. Die kleinen Restaurants in den umliegenden Straßen bieten hervorragende spanische Küche für kleines Geld an. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une excellente adresse à retenir!

Si nous devions repartir à Barcelone, nous retournerions les yeux fermés dans cet appartement!! Sara, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée a été absolument charmante!! elle parle très bien français....elle a tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous puissions prendre possession des lieux dès notre arrivée matinale...... L'appartement est tout à conforme au descriptif...sans parler de la magnifique terrasse !! idéalement situé..trés propre....et nous avons bien apprécié les deux salles de bain... ...le métro est au pied de l'immeuble et permet de se rendre rapidement sur les sites touristiques... La ligne 4 est proche également....en 8/9 stations nous étions à la plage..... boulangerie et superette sont juste à côté... En résumé je recommande cette location et un grand merci à toute l'équipe Sara,Angel et Sonia !!!!! parents comme enfants tout le monde a passé un super séjour...!!!

merveilleux "Attico"!

J'ai des amis qui utilisent régulièrement Homelidays pour se loger en voyage et qui me recommandaient de l'utiliser pour Barcelone. A priori, j'avais certaines craintes, mais je suis vraiment bien tombé avec Sara. Le logement était au-delà de nos espérances! Beau, propre, bien situé, bien aménagé, nous avons été ravis. La terrasse a été particulièrement appréciée. Sonia, la personne désignée par Sara pour nous accueillir, a été tout à fait aimable, ponctuelle et disponible pour aider au besoin. Je ne peux que recommander vivement ce merveilleux "Attico"!

A great spot

Very lovely flat, ideal for nice holidays. Good and fast connections to everywhere in Barcelona. plenty of little shops in the area, restaurants, tapas etc... Sara was a brilliant host, we are very grateful for all her recommendations and will most likely come back to this nice and welcoming place.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Barcelone et l´appartement de Sara a été parfait. Situé dans un quartier calme à proximité de bus et de métro, il nous a permis d´aller facilement partout. Fantastic location in Barcelona

Lovely place to stay in Barcelona. The flat had everything we needed and was very homely. Tube station, a step from the building and 20 minutes ride to the best spots in the city. The area was fairly quiet, which allowed great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Sara avec deux adolescents. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis. L’appartement est très agréable avec une jolie terrasse qui nous a permis de merveilleux petits déjeuner et grand relax le soir. L’appartement est calme, les lits très confortables, la cuisine toute équipée, en plus TV, wifi… bref il ne manquait rien. Le quartier est agréable, avec petites épiceries ouvertes tard le soir. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement et nous espérons y revenir bientôt.

GREAT deal in Barcelona

We spent a week at this comfortable apartment. This was our first experience through Homelidays. We left the apartment knowing it would be our accommodation choice for next time we return to Barcelona. It gave us the flavour of Barcelona. We were able to visit everywhere, the metro station (which is super easy to use) is only two steps from the building gate. Just down the street, there were grocery stores where we bought whatever we needed,an excellent bakery and good restaurants. About the neighbourhood, we felt really secure and the apartment was very comfortable. At the top there is an en -suite bedroom, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are well equipped and all very clean. The kitchen is very well furnished. The terrace ideal to enjoy relaxing talks and meals. The internet connection was also great to search and prepare the sightseeing days in the Barcelona. We highly recommend this place.

friendly spot

We stayed at this penthouse in Barcelona and it was in an excellent location. The apartment was large and very clean, equipped with all elements you need and with the comfort that offer the two bathrooms! The terrace is a definite asset and we enjoyed time spent there at all hours of the day. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Connection with the public transport is perfect as the underground station is just out of the gate of the building . Thanks to the owners for their availability and kindness we will definitely recommend this appartment for any visit to Barcelona.

Vacances réussies et sans surprise à Barcelone

Tout était super,depuis les mails avec la propriétaire avant le séjour,jusqu'au départ. L'accueil est parfait( en français en prime) et en cas de besoin on peut utiliser le téléphone intérieur pour contacter Sonia ou Rima. Le garage réservé par Sara pour 60/semaine à côté de l'appartement est bien utile. Bonne literie,propreté,espace de nuit bien configuré. La terrasse est un plus,car on y est du matin au soir. Boulangerie à 20m,fruits légumes idem et petit supermarché avec viande et poisson à 50m... Donc pas de problème au moindre oubli et avec l'ascenseur on n'hésite pas. Le métro à 50m et un quartier calme... Excellent rapport qualité/prix! N'hésitez pas à le louer G Genet

Comfortable and nice location!

The apartment is very pleasant, calm and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Barcelona. The metro station is just front door of the building and conveniently connects you to everywhere in the city. the sunny terrace is fantastic for relaxing and dinner reunions. We enjoyed chilling there. The apartment has great WIFI access and a very useful elevator. The owners are very nice and ready to assist you any time, I can only strongly recommend this apartment to anyone. Nice neighbourhood , beautiful city and nice weather. We will be happy to be back another time!!!!!

Notre séjour a été parfait!

Très bon accueil des proprietaires qui ont répondu très gentiment à nos questions. L'appartement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé et très bien situé. VIVRE COMME UN BARCELONAIS

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour à Barcelone. L'appartement est idéalement situé,à 50m du métro, dans un quartier très calme, idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Tout est à proximité de l'appartement, plusieurs petits supermarchés, vendeurs de fruits et légumes, boulangerie, pharmacie. La liaison métro (ligne L5) avec la gare ferroviaire de Sants Estacio est directe, et depuis cette gare accès direct à l'aéroport, idéal quant on vient en avion. Bref, nous avons tout apprécié durant cette semaine, le temps était parfait, la ville de Barcelone est super, les plages de la Barceloneta et la mer à 28°C, bref que du bonheur.

Bonjour Barcelone!

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, il est très bien agencé, rien ne manque, il est très lumineux et la grande terrasse vraiment agréable pour un petit déjeuner ou un apéro au coucher de soleil, la propriétaire est très efficace. A recommander sans hésitation.
