Beautiful year around home in Lake Breeze Assoc. 3 bedroom 3 bath. Main floor master and laundry. Brand new natural stone kitchen counters and Kohler farmhouse sink. Beautiful Maple flooring and a huge 900 sq ft wrap around porch. Nice fireplace in Living area. The acreage adjoining the rear of the property is in a conservatorship for property owners to use. Association beach is just down the street. Over 250 feet of very low bank frontage. Magnificent property and Lake Michigan access. With amenities like an iron, AC, heating, and a hair dryer, guests will have everything they need for a nice stay. Plus, there's an additional loft space with a twin bed or 2 for added convenience. House in near proximity to quaint downtown Pentwater, farm markets, horseback riding, petting zoos, apple picking, blueberry picking, fresh local produce stands. Picnic table and outdoor fire pit for bonfires and star gazing. Best vacation spot ever!! Yes Michigan!
