Melanie has built the perfect quiet cabin getaway. It was perfect for our visit to family and so welcoming for the Christmas holiday. The cabin was spotless and we were welcomed with the soft glow of a Christmas tree as we walked inside. The king size bed was a perfect mixture of firm and just soft enough to give great support. The pool wasn’t open as it was December, but it looked awesome! The view of chickens and goats out the back window up the hill was so great to watch while drinking my morning coffee. Melanie even took the time to bring us a pie from Apple Valley Orchard and it was AMAZING. She’s thought of everything that a rental home should have and more. This will now be our place to stay when we’re in town in the future. It’s perfect! Thanks, Melanie!

We had a great time!! Such a cozy cottage atmosphere!! The pool and fireplace are perfect. Exceptionally clean, host was very responsive and welcoming. This is an excellent spot for a base camp to look for properties or to enjoy the surrounding outdoor activities.
