Directly Next to Taylor Park and the Pinellas trail for biking, Frisbee golf, and many out door activities. This cozy retreat features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and toto toilet. The additional office space with a futon provides a tremendous opportunity for relaxation or work. Also available is an air matress, room darkening drapes. And a bonus room is an enclosed patio with its own AC. Guests can enjoy amenities like a hairdryer, iron, heating, and AC. BBQ area. The nearest Bellair beach is an easy 4 miles, Famous Clearwater Beach is 7 miles, chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Enjoy a trolly ride north or

I have lived in this area for 20 years on and off. I travel most the time in my RV and live between Oregon and Florida. I needed a home base in Florida, so bought this home in my favorite location..I have remodel this for updated look, almost everthing in the home is new. Please come enjoy it when Im away.
Why they chose this property
I love this area, its right next to Taylor Park, and the Pinellas Trail, beautiful, quiet, close to the beach. Great Restaurants, love Indian Rocks beach, and the location is perfect. This neighborhood is very quiet, the Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. This house is between Taylor Park and the Pinellas Trail. Very safe!! NO FLOOD ZONE

The location is Awesome, I love this area, close to everything! Fresh, clean, new linens, towels pillows, just about everything in the home is new.
