We are from Nebraska. We love Phoenix and wish we could be there more often. We love having spaces that are comfortable and thoughtfully planned for families.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house. If you're able to see the "before" pictures you can tell that this home was well maintained, but probably last decorated in the 90's. We hope to keep the comfort and charm and bring in some modern touches and comforts.

What makes this property unique

The spacious layout is outstanding! There is so much community space- perfect for hosting the WHOLE family. 3 dining areas (kitchen, dining and patio). 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that all have large vanities. The property has an open area behind it (former golf course).
