Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure TV is off and you signed out of your subscriptions
Make sure all trash is thrown in a trash bag and thrown in the bin outside (located side of house - down the stairs)
Gather used towels place on floor in bathroom
Gather sheets on put on floor in bedroom
Make sure all dishes are washed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
