Please note this is an upper-level apartment, accessible via two small flights of stairs. Inside, you'll find a bright, single-level layout where everything is brand new. The main living space features a comfortable sectional and a smart TV for streaming, flowing into a dining area that seats six.



The completely remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare meals at home. A convenient in-unit washer and dryer add to the comfort of your stay.



When it's time to rest, the primary bedroom provides a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds—ideal for children or additional guests. High-speed Wi-Fi makes a remote work setup easy. For parking, one permit is provided for street parking, which is subject to availability.
