The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All bed linen and towels should be placed in the hamper. (Please leave the Bed Comforters and Pillow Shams on the Bed for deep cleaning.
Please place trash in the trash bin. Trash pick up is on Friday. We would appreciate it if you could bring the trash bin to the front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events, unless approved by Host. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM.
