About this property
Luxury Mountaintop Escape - Hot Tub & Epic Views
Imagine you awaken at 3,000 ft on Pino’s private mountaintop, sunrises painting the Chattahoochee Forest. Designed by Architect Peter Lombardi, this eco-luxe haven on 20 acres blends soaring ceilings, panoramic windows, and spa bathrooms rooms immersed in nature. Unwind in the natural jacuzzi, gather by the fire pit, or hike the Appalachian Trail nearby. With dual fireplaces, EV charging, and flexible 3BR/2BA (sleeps 6), let our mountain inspire your soul. Near Lake Chatuge & Mountain Towns.
Welcome to Pino — an architect-designed mountaintop sanctuary thoughtfully crafted for rest, connection, and awe. The lodge features two connected yet private living zones, designed as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home or as separate 2BR/1BA and 1BR/1BA units, each with its own private entrance, kitchen, and stone fireplace.
Bedrooms & Sleeping:
Each room is positioned to frame forest views, with premium bedding, large windows, and integrated lighting. In addition to the three private bedrooms, the lodge also includes a hidden wall-mounted Murphy bed (queen) — allowing the home to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably.
Bathrooms:
Two luxurious spa-style “wet rooms” include oversized soaking tubs, rainfall showers from the ceiling, floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile, heated floors, and wall-hung toilets. One bathroom features a 7ft x 5ft panoramic glass window overlooking untouched pine forest — pure serenity.
Living & Dining:
Vaulted ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom create an airy, light-filled atmosphere. Curl up beside a grand Isokern wood-burning fireplace (4x6 hearths with 15-ft chimneys), or dine indoors and out with open kitchen/living layouts and outdoor seating on two spacious decks.
Kitchens:
Two fully equipped European-style kitchens include integrated appliances, induction cooktops, and minimalist design aesthetics. Stocked with essentials for cooking and serving.
Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy a large rear `L` shaped deck with sweeping views of the national forest and mountains, a peaceful entry garden with native pines and a water feature, a fire pit under the stars, and a hot tub for deep relaxation.
Additional Features:
Two attic fans to circulate mountain air
Ecobee smart thermostats in each zone
On demand hot water
2 large parking areas
Electric car charging
3,000 ft elevation with sunrise views
Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge — including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes:
Both private wings of the home (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms total),
Two fully equipped kitchens,
Two grand fireplaces,
A spa-style soaking bath with panoramic forest views,
Vaulted living and dining areas,
Large L-shaped rear deck with mountain views,
Private entry garden with water feature,
Fire pit and outdoor seating areas,
Hot tub under the stars,
Two private parking areas.
Whether using the home as one unified space or as two separate units, the entire property is yours to enjoy. No shared spaces. Total privacy.
We want your stay to be seamless and restorative. If you need anything — whether it`s a local recommendation, help with amenities, or just a quick question — we`re just a message away.
The best way to reach us is directly through the Airbnb app. We respond quickly and are always happy to assist.
For urgent needs, a dedicated contact number will also be provided after booking.
Our Property Is Not a Full-Time Residence: Pino is a short-term rental designed for rest, reconnection, and celebration — not long-term housing. We welcome wellness retreats, family gatherings, and mindful getaways.
Privacy & Separation: The home is designed to function as one large 3BR/2BA lodge or two private living zones. Each has its own entry, kitchen, fireplace, and bath — perfect for groups who want to be together, yet have private space too.
There is also an option for use of a queen Murphy bed to further expand sleeping capacity.
Access Roads: Our lodge sits at 3,000 ft elevation with stunning views. The access road is gravel and may require low-speed driving. 4WD/AWD is recommended in winter months.
Nature & Wildlife: This is a true mountaintop forest environment. You may see deer, birds, and the occasional harmless insect. We provide pest-prevention protocols, but nature is part of the experience.
Quiet Hours: We ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM, to preserve the peaceful nature of the mountain and respect neighbors and wildlife.
Special Requests Welcome: Celebrating a birthday? Planning a wellness retreat? Need yoga gear or firewood waiting for you? Let us know — we love creating personalized experiences.
