The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove trash to outside bins. The blue bin is only for recycling
Please double check all remotes are in place and the stove and BBQ are turned off
Keep pool umbrella closed if not in use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use Pool, Kayaks and Gas Grill at own risk. - No Swimming in Canal. Pool is heated to 80-85 degrees and runs from 8 am to 5 pm. Spa 5 pm to 8 pm
*Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted. Quiet hours 9:00pm to 8:00am Maximum number of vehicles (4). -
For our dog guests, keep off all furniture, no feces/urine allowed near the lanai and pool. Excess pet hair will be charged an addtl cleaning fee $100

Pool was wonderful. Would have liked a change of garbage bags and more TP. Everything was amazing though the house as we loved to watch a movie every night in the tiki hut outside. It was not really close to a store in walking distance like the description said. Host was amazing also

The house was even more lovely than the listing. Beautiful interior decorating, top of the line appliances, pool with hot tub and Tiki Hut, unbeatable view of the canal, sitting with morning coffee on the dock. Can I live here please ? Minor issues quickly taken care of by very responsive and pleasant host .

This place is amazing. Just as the pictures show. It’s on a quiet street and the neighbors were very friendly. We walked the neighborhood every morning and saw others walking as well. Very few cars drive by as the end of the street is a cul-de-sac. Lots of places to eat and shop within 5-15 minute drive both chain and loca. No complaints here. Condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Had some pool noodles and floaties. We left a football, volleyball, and fishing poles as there is a wonderful dock to fish from(we didn’t catch fish but the neighbor said use bread! We could see plenty of fish tho) There are kayaks and life jackets onsite. Also, saw an alligator swimming so we didn’t have to take the kids out on the kayaks. Hot tub and pool were great. Heater will not heat both at the same time and it doesnt take long for the hot tub to be the same temp as the pool. Wasn’t an issue for us and the owner was upfront about this. Jim communicated great and we will stay again if we are in the area in the future.

The house had everything you needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool area. It was definitely a great home away from home!! The host is ensures that your stay is going smoothly and gives reminders for trash, pool cleaning and quickly responds to your needs. My favorite area was the pool, spa and outside area in back with the lagoon;-) Such an awesome place to relax from the cold North;-) Thank you for providing such an amazing place!!!
