Stay on Kentucky Lake at this First Floor Condo

Spectacular lakefront Condo with private dock!
This first floor condo is the perfect retreat. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An open kitchen, dining, relaxing space with a pool table, and a den with wood fireplace.

During your stay, enjoy your huge patio space, the dock and the private boat ramp. Swimming and kayaking is amazing from the dock in this sheltered cove at the mouth of Big Cambridge Bay overlooking the main channel of Kentucky Lake. The condo is situated on the first floor of a two story home. My family reserves the upstairs for our personal use.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen while watching the sunrise over Kentucky Lake. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool and serve snacks and drinks at the large island with seating for four. After a fun day on the lake, throw your towels in the washer and kick back on the two full size sofas in the den to catch-up on Netflix. Then retire to one of the three large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private lavatory.

I truly hope you enjoy your time at Kentucky Lake and look forward to doing anything I can to make that more memorable.

All was very good...The house was clean, everything worked as it should. The location for us was great. Convenient to local store, boat dock, private, pricing was reasonable. The location is great and hosts very welcoming and polite. The listing does mention they use the first floor, so you hear folks upstairs, see people and kids in the yard, on the dock and swimming, as well as spoke with a few times. There are a couple big dogs that wandered 4-5 times onto our patio and up to our car which upset our grouchy small dogs. For us it was a bit spendy to be hanging with a family staying in their basement, but if you're a more social group you won't mind.

Lovely Lake Kentucky retreat!!

Great peaceful place to visit with family. This place had everything we needed and then some. The only downside of this weekend was the dead fish smell from the dead fish that came into the cove by the house which is not something the owners can control but hindered us being on the water. Overall highly recommend this place!!

Relaxing getaway

Our 2 night stay at Condo on the Cove was a perfect relaxing getaway for the family. The property was exactly as described, well supplied with everything we needed, and the host Kimberly was very responsive in answering questions. The location in the cove by the lake was private, quiet and very scenic. There was also a country market a short druve up the road with a deli, homemade pizza etc. Had a great time!

Great stay- wish it was a warmer weekend!

This stay was perfect for us to meet up with family. I can see that in warmer weather, this would be a fun time. There's a dock and boat slip. Both have swimming ladders. We did make great use of the pool table.

Lake house getaway

This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.

Quick getaway

We came down for a quick getaway with our 2 adult children. It was the perfect setting; quiet and peaceful for a much needed recharge. Pool table was great for the family and Kimberly was a great host offering us the use of kayaks. Beautiful sun sets and sunrises

50th birthday celebration

My friends and I all turned 50 this year in May and we wanted to celebrate with a golfing and fishing getaway. I found this house on the lake near an area I was familiar with and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room for us, walk right out to the dock to fish and close to marina’s if you wanted to do some boating. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by with some fantastic scenery. We had an amazing time!!

I live on the Lake!! Beautiful sunrises every morning, deer grazing thru the yard, and fish biting - well somewhere out there. Other people seem to catch fish, I don't know what is wrong with my pole, or bait, or hmmm. Oh well.

Why they chose this property

This property captured our hearts with the fabulous views, the easy water access, and the amazing amounts of wildlife. We don't go a single visit without seeing deer, cranes, otters, or some other critter roaming about.

What makes this property unique

The cove is perfect for swimming and kayaking. At summer water levels it is approximately 7 feet deep off the dock. It is protected and is not a pathway for boats, which makes it great to let the kids swim in or to paddle the kayaks around without worry.
