This beautiful ADA-accessible vacation home sits just across the street from the lake and only 15 mins to Discovery Ski Resort- the ideal spot for year round adventure and relaxation. Located across from Georgetown Lake Marina (Denton's Point) it is the perfect spot to launch your boat and enjoy your favorite water sports.

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home is designed for comfort and accessibility.
Inside you will find a warm and inviting living room with impressive large animal mounts, giving the space a true Montana Lakehouse feel. The open-concept layout and large windows make it easy to enjoy natural light and stunning views of the surrounding scenery and wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to the eagles that perch nearby.
The main floor consists of a primary bedroom with a view of the lake and its own ensuite. The bathroom has a roll in shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. Also on the main floor you will find a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed that is perfect for the kids to enjoy. Across the hall you will find a full bathroom. The main floor is perfect for those who prefer single-level living. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you would need including Bosch appliances, double wall ovens, gas cooktop, microwave and coffee machine. It has an island perfect for families and a large dining table that can seat up to eight and don’t forget about the view.
The walk-out basement adds 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a double vanity and family room- plenty of space for larger groups or families.
The garage is not for guest use but there is plenty of parking for three vehicles out front.
Whether you're planning a ski trip, fishing weekend, or a peaceful lakeside escape, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

**Only the main floor is ADA accessible. It is possible to get to the basement through the outside during the summer only. House also has a video doorbell for security purposes only.

Would definitely stay here again. Host was very flexible, she let us change our dates without any hassle. Gave us a late check out. Home is lovely, kitchen is fully stocked. Bedrooms comfy, fireplace & lake view are fabulous. So nice to come off the ski hill & be at our place in a few minutes. The large kitchen table is great for family games.
