Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Located near the Mt. Washington Resort, this is also a great place to stay if you are attending and event or wedding at the historic hotel. Fully stocked and supplied, all that's left to say is, "Welcome Home!".

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

-Please run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers. If there are any broken glasses or dishes during your stay please report to us.

-Please close all windows prior to departure. -Lock doors every time you leave and turn lights off. -Keep door to the entryway/kitchen open and set heat to 65 during winter months.

-Bring all trash to the BWHO trash facility located on Rt. 302, passed Irving on the left going towards Twin Mountain. There is a map of this location in the Welcome Package.

Beautiful condo with a comfortable outdoor deck that has a clear panoramic view of Mt Washington. We spent many of our evenings barbecuing and socializing on this deck and enjoying this awesome view This condo is within walking distance to the Mt Washington Hotel and we appreciated that it had air conditioning for some of those unexpectedly hot summer days. The kitchen was well furnished and the living areas were very comfortable. We would certainly consider a return visit.
