Experience this charming two-story retreat, perfectly nestled in a peaceful woodland setting on Kiawah Island while still placing you just steps from 30 miles of scenic paved trails ideal for biking or strolling to the beach, Night Heron Park, The Nest, The Sanctuary, and more of Kiawah’s treasures.



Just hop on a bike or enjoy a short 6-minute walk to Beach Access Boardwalk #12, where a shaded path leads you straight from the backyard to the sand. Once there, rinse off at the outdoor shower, park your bike, and take in a stunning, uncrowded stretch of beach framed by live oaks with no condos or townhomes in sight, just pure coastal beauty.



When you're ready to explore beyond the home, Freshfields Village is only a 3-mile drive away, offering boutique shopping, dining, live music, groceries, and fun events. Plus, five world-class golf courses and Bohicket Marina are just minutes from your door.



Back at the house, relax and reconnect in two spacious living areas. One equipped with a 75' TV for movie nights, the other with a 60' TV and board games for family fun. These two spaces are thoughtfully separated so everyone can enjoy their favorite way to unwind.

Wonderful house for different ages of people in our group. We had a 10 month old and 91 year old and everyone enjoyed the house. Many areas to gather. We had a puzzle set up on one table, with another table free to have supper. Kitchen had everything and more. Beds were all comfortable.Screened in porch was our favorite spot. Beach just a short walk from the house.

Comfortable, Convenient Kiawah

Lovely home. Well stocked. Dog friendly. Multiple gathering places for large parties to allow indulging in different interests. Two dining areas, two family rooms and a peaceful screened porch. Private, quiet sleeping quarters. Convenient and accessible to everything Kiawah has to offer.

We been coming to Kiawah for family vacation since 1992. The is about the cleanest house we’ve ever been in!! The layout of the house was great, coffee on the screened porch in the mornings. Family dinners at the large dinning table, and lots of space in the living room for charades!!! The beds were all very good! The bathrooms all updated, with awesome water pressure in the showers!!! The kitchen was well stocked. We cook fancy dinners every evening, and had all the necessary dishes, pots, pans etc. The only thing we could have used, was a hand mixer. Overall a great vacation rental for our 3 1/2 generation family!

Beware! VRBO will charge a booking fee for nothing!

Beware of booking through VRBO, who was just the go-between with Vacasa, another property management company, who then doubled our booking/service fees without providing any additional service. Biggest waste of $$$!! While we booked through VRBO, they immediately passed us off to Vacasa, which made it confusing in terms of who to contact with questions about the property. The several questions I asked prior to our stay received no response, except for one on the last day of our stay.
