Spring Break Visit

This condo was perfect for our spring break trip and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay! Location was great - just a short walk from the beach access across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved out stay at Seashell 12! Everything was so nice and well taken care of. The location is awesome! It was so convenient to be able to walk right across the street to the beautiful beach!

Wonderful getaway

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock on the intercostal. We made use of the kayaks and enjoyed time on the balcony. The property mangers were quick, helpful, and so pleasant. We loved our stay!

Awesome place!

The place was bigger than I thought with comfy beds and very nice kitchen equipment. Felt like I was at home not a rental. Great use of space too. Loved having the paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and wagon!! One of the best rentals I have EVER stayed at!!

Great Beach Vacation!

Property is well located, well supplied with beach stuff and near plenty of good food! AC seemed to struggle just a bit to keep it cook at night, but it was in July and the overnight lows were in the upper 80*s... Overall, a great vacation, and "the best ever" according to my 10 year old!

Lovely stay in Indian Shores

Had a great stay! Very clean and included extra supplies I was not expecting. Had a few minor issues that were fixed immediately. Loved the beachchairs, bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks and used them often. Lovely vacation! Would definitely come back.

Nice spot in Indian Shores!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Indian Shores! It was nicely appointed, quite spacious and very clean! Just a quick walk across the road and we were at the wonderful beach and at the opposite end was a nice dock to sit and enjoy the view of the Intra-Coastal. Bonus...Lulu’ Ice Cream Shop was super close!!

Truly a 5-star experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well kept property. Location is nearly perfect-only a short walk to beach and many good eatery's. Everything you need is provided. Property was extremely quiet considering how busy this area is. A really nice touch was having a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime! Thank You!

The overall property was very pleasant, however the floors throughout the condo were dirty. The beach was beautiful and the weather was awesome. The walk to the beach was close.

Just what we needed

Place was very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and started us off with paper towels, toilet paper etc... CVS is close for all things you forgot or need more of. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Kids loved going to Lulu's for ice cream at night which is right next to the place.

The place was great- having the kayaks and bikes was great- used them every day. The only disappointment was that we selected this place also because it had a pool but the pool was under renovation . No one told us ahead of time and no effort was made to provide access to another nearby pool.

Great location

We loved the location -only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Also close to many restaurants and bars. Very roomy and clean rental with everything you need for the beach including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and wagon. The bathrooms could use updating and we also wished that their were stairs from the garage to the condo for those rainy days but our only real complaint was that the bbq grill was too dirty to use which was disappointing . But all in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Holiday rental

We rented this property for a 4-night stay in December 2019 for our family of 6. The condo was in great shape!! We all really enjoyed the beach amenities that came with this place (beach chairs, paddle boards, beach toys)! The pool at the condo complex was quite cold - so my kids were a bit disappointed by that. However they still enjoyed it a few times. Overall a nice place!!

Quiet location

Both sheets on the bunkbeds had sand in them, no trash bags or sponge for the kitchen. Everything else was as expected. Amenities in the garage were fabulous. Thank you!
