Family Stay
Loved our visit to Coastal Love. The location is wonderful, easy to walk to restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. Easy beach access options and just a short walk or ride to the gated parking lot. Beds were all super comfy and the couches were amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay. The porch is amazing with a great view of the pier on the top porch. Owners have done a great job making this beach house a home to visit any time of year. We will definitely book again.

Simple, basic, comfortable.
We really enjoyed sitting on the upper deck looking out over the surf and the pier, while sipping on a refreshing beverage! The beach access was tricky at first, but worked out well. The beach enjoyable, there were tons of shells. Getting around the area was easy. Nice restaurants and shopping close by. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle, and certainly not our last!
Nice location, dates furnishings and couches uncomfortable. Beds comfortable and loved the upstairs deck, close walk to beach. Quiet and adequate but not sure i would rent this property again.

Wonderful Beach Home
This was a wonderful home, convenient to the beach, yet felt private and tucked away. Just a mile from groceries and other amenities, it is a perfect location.
There was ample space to hang out as a family of 5 and the two porches were great.
We appreciated the stairs/pathway to the beach! What a great idea and saves much time from walking around the block.
Overall, it was a great spot, we wish we could have stayed longer.
We hope to return in the spring!
So we enjoyed a week at the beach in this house with our family. The space in the house was great, we really enjoyed the big open living room, back porch, and upper sun deck has a great view of the ocean and pier. The outdoor areas, porches, decks, outdoor shower, grill, etc. could all use a good cleaning. Everything was covered in dust and pollen. A few things we didn't like are: The driveway, it's very steep, not easy to walk up or down to the beach and parking and turning around to leave is not easy. More than 2 cars and your gonna have a struggle. I never imagined a beach driveway being this steep, it's much more like pulling into a MTN house. It is paved and will take some getting used to. Be careful with the door knob/locked entrance door. It is too close to the door jam and there is a sharp metal piece in the seal that will scrape your fingers, 3 of us learned this the hard way. I know it sounds weird, but use your right hand to open the door and you'll be fine. There was no full size trash can in the kitchen, which had us wasting trash bags and taking out the trash a lot. The ice maker barely worked in the freezer so plan on buying a bag of ice.Being able to drive to the gated parking lot at the beach access was great. There is a key fob hanging in the kitchen to open the gate, took us a little bit of reading to figure that out. It's a short walk but because of the driveway we mostly drove it. The beach access is great.
