We had a lovely stay. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony the most! Thank you for a memorable weekend.

We loved our stay in his unit. The views of the beach can’t be beat! The community is wonderful and there are so many things for kids to do! The only thing that should be updated with the listing is there is no washer/dryer in the unit as listed. There is, however a laundry room in the building on the first floor.

We arrived at 7:00pm, gate code provided was wrong, after hours mailbox pickup code provided was wrong. Buildings are not ladeled well and the property lighting is bad. Hard to find condo location. Once we found it (20 mins) all went well. The condo is very nice.

Condo building is a maze that takes a bit of getting use to. Parking was close, pool was beautiful, beach a relatively short walk away with a nice boardwalk , with 2 shower stations,to get there.Condo was nice,clean,comfortable but a bit awkward for seating if you like to spread out. The TV stand needs to be rotated in order to view it from more than just the recliner. Mattress is soft, towels were decent, kitchen well stocked and the view, sitting on the balcony was a nice place to have coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening, but only room for 2.

A Place at the Beach is the best! So much to do without even leaving. The view from this room was beautiful. There is no private washer and dryer as per the listing. We planned and packed for a W/D. I called Vacasa and was told a local rep would call me and the never did. The kitchen is not stocked great for cooking. The back door would not lock.

In need of a facelift

The individual units can be satisfying. The overall resort needs a great deal of refreshing. The indoor pool area is rusty, pool grout missing, painting needs updating. The buildings need a good clean and paint job and the indoor carpets should be cleaned. Landscaping, while neat, is in need of updating. Rocks missing, dirt washed away exposing pipes. Major potholes in the parking lots. Advertised security. But no one was ever in the guard house and gates were always open. I came in near midnight one night and came straight thru…gate was open, no one in the guard house. Not as secure as advertised.

Great beachfront room!

We really enjoyed our stay at APATB room 322! This was not our original booked condo, but Vacasa was up front with needing to change our reservation (due to no power in our original unit) and it was a perfect upgrade! We loved the oceanfront view for coffee and night sitting! The amenities are fantastic and we loved the not crowded beach, pool and family atmosphere! The putt putt was a fun end of day activity! The room looked exactly like photos and had plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, kitchenware, etc. The frying pans could use an update as the nonstick surface is pretty scratched. The shampoo and conditioner, soap, and kitchen soap was provided. Would suggest to bring paper plates and napkins. The bunk room was great for our young kids- the partition wasn’t ideal, but worked fine for tired kids at the end of the day and still allowed us to watch tv! Had some AC issues the last night, and brought up to Vacasa to look in to. Def recommend this unit for a cozy place to stay.
