Enjoy this condo's prime location between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, extending the opportunities for exploration and fun. Closer to your stay, visit the Holden Beach Pavilion, the Holden Beach Fishing Pier, Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation, and Mulberry Park.

Inside the cozy quarters of your retreat, discover an open-concept layout. Perfect fit for our Family!

This is a lovely, spacious space for my family of 4. We were in town for a funeral, but decided to make the most of the weekend and enjoy the beach too! The home had everything we needed for the weekend and although it was chilly the pool was lovely and the property was well kept!

This is a nice condo as advertised. Close to Holden Beach and Shallotte. If you like to walk or run the neighborhood is great for that. The pool is a decent walk, but not a big deal. We spent time for two days by the pool and did not see one other person so what was nice. Great view from the pool as well. Only item I thought was interesting is it is not a “gated community”. You have to drive through a gate to get in, but anyone can walk in. I will add everyone I did meet there were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo

This condo was a great fit for 2 adults and 3 kids travelling to Holden Beach. It was a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the huge pool. We had the pool to ourselves. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the grounds were very quiet and peaceful. We regularly saw deer on the property and the kids loved seeing a family of baby birds nesting in the parking garage.

Spacious and well stocked save for a few minor kitchen items which we bought. Very nicely appointed if a bit Spartan in the bedrooms. Neighborhood very quiet. Watched deer grazing less than 50 yards away. No water views, building is too far away. Could have been a bit cleaner but again just a couple of minor issues. If you want to be out of the masses without being too far away I highly recommend it.

Nice VRBO, but had problems with leak and had to vacate location prior to my full stay. Gate entry doors would not work properly and the location was not near the beach. They however were quite to clean up leak,
