Awesome House

House was very clean . Lots of room great for kids we had our 4 grandbabies ages 2 to 8. Pretty view and easy walk to the beach . The only thing to be aware of is the stairs in the house . You can get a workout! Would definitely stay again!

The Kraken

The house is beautiful. A very easy walk to the beach access. The views of the ocean were amazing. Everything from check in to check out was simple.. The house is adequately stocked, the kitchen more so than most houses that we have rented. The house has quite a bit of stairs to bring all of your luggage up but like I said the beauty of the house and ocean views make up for all the stairs that you have to climb. The only downfall with this property is that the house stayed pretty warm, the air unit didn't seem to cool at all . Luckily the way the house is positioned by the ocean you could open the sliding glass doors and get a great breeze... I definitely would rent this house again...

Great house!

We just finished our 3rd stay here and it was great. The house is clean and well stocked. Each bedroom has access to its own full bathroom which is great. There is plenty of extra linen in case you have couch sleepers. All of the appliances work well. The coffee maker is Keurig type so cone prepared with pods. The ocean view from the balconies is nice and the walk to the beach is short and easy. The beach access is a ramp instead of stairs in case you are bringing a beach wagon. Things to note: there are 33 stairs in total from the ground to the upstairs; can be hard if someone has mobility issues or lots of small kids in tow. Also the wifi doesn’t connect well in the downstairs Master bedroom so you can’t really watch TV in there. Would still recommend this house and plan to stay here in the years to come
