We had an amazing stay at Island Dreams North Topsail! The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean — it felt like a true beach retreat from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed (and more), which made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfy, and everyone slept great. We also loved how many beach chairs, toys, and extras were provided — it made heading down to the sand so easy and fun. Such a thoughtful and well-maintained home. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Our Island Dream Vacation

We just had the most amazing week at the Island Dreams vacation home in North Topsail, NC! Usually, our adventures take us to the Caribbean, but this year, we discovered a slice of paradise right here, closer to home. This home is the most stocked vacation home we have ever rented. The kitchen had everything you could need, complete with towels, spices, dish detergent and dishwasher pods. There were plenty of beach towels, towel clips, and beach bags! The shed was stocked with beach chairs, beach wagons, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and more! Not to mention, on arrival the property was clean. We really liked the ease of the Vacasa app and receiving the door code prior to arrival so there was no stopping to pick up keys or having to drop them off when we left. We indulged in the best week imaginable: no schedules, no work, just pure, unadulterated family time with glorious sunshine and a spectacular beach! Our evenings were filled with soaking in the sunsets from the deck and competitive games of UNO! We enjoyed dining locally at Beach Bum Pizza Bar & Grill and Sears Landing! Stopped by Topsail Steamer and picked up a customized bucket of seafood to have the most amazing seafood boil!! The Daily Grind was a great place for our local coffee fix! We spent one day off the beach exploring the island by visiting the Missiles and More Museum and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue. The turtle rescue requires advance reservations and is worth visiting. It was truly the best vacation!
