Waterfront House w/ Sound View, Free WiFi, Private Washer/Dryer, Shared Pool

Frisco Blue Heron is the perfect perch to catch the bounty of the sound. Located on a wide bulkheaded canal, Frisco Blue Heron has free access to a subdivision boat ramp. The ground level has good concrete parking, an outside shower, a fish-cleaning table, and plenty of room to park those empty boat trailers. The first living level has three exquisitely decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has a TV and a deck, plus a bath with a double shower. Two bedrooms have access to the outside deck. The large second living level has tall cathedral ceilings, a wet bar and fridge, a half bath, super furnishings, and enough sundecks to please a crowd. Every view is postcard perfect. The huge, well-equipped kitchen will be a hit with cooks and guests with its bar, stove, and small appliances. Frisco Blue Heron has an absolute knockout sound-front dining room. Frisco Blue Heron is a magnificent beach bird.

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.


Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Good house, very comfortable for two families. Great for viewing sunsets. There is a little “beach” down the street that was good for the kids to splash around in. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was a wonderful place to enjoy the water views, huge well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, comfortable and plentiful seating In living room. The kitchen and living area was so inviting with wonderful water views all around that we cooked a lot of our meals instead of eating out as we usually do. We loved being there and want to come back again.

Awesome sunsets!

The location was perfect for our spring vacation. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Being between Buxton and Hatteras, there were good restaurant choices, shopping, beach access, Conner's grocery, and the ferry wasn't far at all. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this home again.

April 2024 Stay

This house is in great condition and well kept. It was a perfect spot for us. We had quick access to drive on the Frisco beach or head to Hatteras or Buxton for restaurants and more drive on beaches. Also gave us the ease of catching an early ferry to Ocracoke. Loved the layout of the home with bedrooms on 1st floor and Kitchen, living room on upper floor for wonderful views of the sound. The wrap around deck on upper level plus the decks off the bedrooms were an added pleasure. Beautiful sound sunsets to watch, just a walk to end of the street. Loved that the home was on a quiet cul-de-sac. Very peaceful and relaxing.
