We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. Great living area. Rooms are spacious. There were a few drawbacks: router for WIFI is in the garage so coverage in the house is not the best, the house sits across from public beach parking and the beach access you must use is via the public walkway (not the closer, gated HOA walkway). This property does have a property management company rather than an individual. They are very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Fantastic property

The home was immaculate and felt brand new. Plenty of space for two families and excellent location for quick access to the beach and area resturants as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nelson family vacay

Location was excellent. Beds were all very comfy, pool was a great bonus. Plenty of room for us all. There were 14 of us ranging from 1 to 67. Wonderful beach week.
