Property is amazing and has some awesome sunset views. Kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils etc., has everything you might need in a kitchen. Our only minor complaint was that every morning at 6:30 the neighbor down the street had loud engines and equipment running, this was a bit disturbing when we were sitting on the patio having our morning coffee, took away from the peaceful mornings we were hoping to experience. Would be nice for this neighborhood to have a quiet time till 8 AM. I know this is out of the property owners control but is worth noting.
