Clean & Bright Southside Lower Suite

This suite is situated on the lower level of an updated bungalow. It has a comfortably spacious bedroom with walk-in closet, a full bathroom (with jet tub), in-suite private laundry, a well-equipped kitchen, workspace with natural light, a livingroom with Smart TV and a dining space for two.

All cookware, linens and towels are included in your stay. This suite is ideal for a maximum of 2 people and is not pet-friendly.

This is a lower suite in a nicely updated bungalow in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in Lethbridge. It is located only four blocks from the Chinook Regional Hospital. The suite is accessed via the rear of the home. Guests can park in the parking pad located off the alley, and enter the gate. Be careful not to fall in the pool!

Guests have access to their own lower suite, shared access to a games room (with the upstairs unit) and shared access to backyard and pool.

We live nearby and are available should you need anything at all.

Guest parking (1 vehicle) is a parking pad in the rear of the property, accessed via the laneway behind the home. Enter through the gate to the yard, and walk around the pool. The suite access is the single door on your left that leads down a few steps to an interior door.
