Beautiful Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Home. Pool Table, Play Station and More.

Enjoy this spacious home, which is great for families, couples, or at trip with friends. When you are not out exploring DC, you can relax, play pool, Play Station, watch a movie on one of the Smart TVs or Bluetooth your phone to the receiver to play your favorite music throughout the house. In the morning you can make your coffee at the coffee bar and sit out front on the front porch. In the evening you can soak in the jetted tub and relax. There are several great places to eat in walking distance. If you want to get around town you can take a long walk to the Metro, Uber downtown, or drive. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking. Brookland is considered the suburbs of DC. Many enjoy the quiet evenings, walks around the block, morning jogs or walking their dog. The master bathroom has a king bed and master bathroom. The middle room has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed at the bottom and twin at the top.

Cute 3 bedroom. Very comfortable but be aware the king in the master is quite tall. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, etc. Easy parking (1 off street spot & easy street parking). If you’re looking for a spot for dinner, try The Harp, a nearby Irish Pub.Great communication with the host. Would stay here again.

great stay, would definitely do it again. only thing that disappointed me was the jetted tub didn’t not work , i filled tub completely an then attempted to use it an black stuff started shooting out into the water.. Also the water in the second bathroom did not get hot like the other tub/shower. Otherwise it was a perfect stay, and a GREAT host. Thank you for everything

Why they chose this property

Brookland is a very walkable neighborhood. You'll see people out and about during the day and then it's quiet at night. There are several great places to eat just a few blocks away. Primrose and Masala Story to name a few. Downtown DC is very close. You can either walk to take a quick uber to the Metro to get downtown or Uber straight there to see the many attractions of DC.

What makes this property unique

When you are back at the house from exploring DC you will be able to relax and enjoy the house. There is a full-sized pool table, Playstation for the kids, a jetted tub in the master bedroom or just relax and on the front porch. There is also a full kitchen if you decide to cook instead of ordering from DoorDash. If you do decide to door dash, you will be happy with the selection of local options to choose from.
