Pool Temperature is set to 80-84 degrees F. Nov.-Mar. During periods of extreme cold weather the pool heater may not be able to keep up with demand.
No Smoking in the home. Outside only. Please keep doors and windows closed. Maximum stay of 28 nights please send request for longer bookings.

We are local in Fort Myers moved down originally from Ohio over 15 years ago.
Why they chose this property
With a centralized location in South Fort Myers, the Villas neighborhood is within 20 minutes of Southwest FL Airport so you can start your vacation immediately. Our home is also a quick 25 minute drive to Sanibel Island and fort Myers Beach. The Villas is located right next to Bell Tower Mall with great restaurants and shopping only 2 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a newly renovated vintage 70's home. During the design phase we incorporated Coastal Mid Century Modern design elements with all the modern amenities. We are not afraid to use color in our home. Unlike most modern design we find gray and white pallets rather boring.
