Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels: Hang all wet towels in the bathrooms. Trash: Leave trash in front-deck bins with latches closed. Use green bags for trash, blue for recycling, and tie all bags securely.
Winter: Kitchen heater on Low; TV room heater off; keep all bedroom/bathroom doors open. Summer: Turn off AC. Bedding: Leave all bed linens on the beds.
BBQ Grill: Make sure the gas grill is turned off, cooled down, and covered. Fireplace: Please ensure there is no fire active upon checkout.
