This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a perfect base for enjoying downtown Brevard just a short 5 minute walk away and a short drive to trails and waterfalls of Dupont and Pisgah. The house sits on a large lot in one of the best neighborhoods in town. Fireplace, two king bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 twins all on one level. The house works well for two couples as the two king bedrooms are ensuite. Also, great for families, the house has a third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens and towels provided. Private, spacious deck with grill and seating/dining area for outdoor living, gas fire pit and gazebo for relaxing. Pet friendly with fee.
