Welcome to Your Ann Arbor Retreat!

Perfect for families, alumni, game-day groups, or campus visits, this stylish and comfortable single-level home is your ideal base for exploring everything Ann Arbor has to offer.

The Space

Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. For a vintage vibe, spin some tunes from our eclectic vinyl collection on the record player, or connect your own playlist to the Bluetooth sound system. You'll also find a selection of books and board games for relaxing evenings in.

For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi is ready for you. The chef-friendly kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar (Drip, French Press, Pour Over), a toaster/air fryer, and all the cookware you need. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats six or more.

Step outside to your private, fenced-in backyard and patio. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout at the outdoor dining area, all under the glow of charming string lights.

Nick was a great host and the house was wonderful! We loved the vintage feel and it was close to where we needed to go. Communication was timely, he always responded quick when we contacted him. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the U of M area.
