The condo was clean, neatly organized and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The owner is very responsive- I had to contact her for various reasons and she always responded within 30 min. She also went out of her way to help me when I needed assistance bc I had accidentally locked myself out of the condo.

She was an excellent host. This was a great day for me and my two children. We can definitely fit four people comfortably and at all they needed amenities a fridge and oven microwave toaster etc. within a few steps is a lift to mountain Creek. We were able to pretty much ski on ski off. Minerals was also within walking distance. I took my kids there almost every night to use the arcade and have a couple beverages. It’s in a great location plenty of parking and easy to get to highly recommend renting this place.

Everything about this property is false advertising. Weird computer with camera in bedroom. Owners belongings everywhere in the living space to the refrigerator containing their medicines…Absolutely terrible! Also weird postings from city on front door.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the space did not meet your expectations, and I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. I believe the review was in retaliation since your request for refund was denied since you said the picture in the wall (which was shown on the online listing before you booked this) was offensive; this is a religious painting by a famous Jesuit whose work is renowned internationally in USA and Europe. There are no cameras anywhere inside the property. What you saw in the bedroom is simply a computer monitor as some like to work with dual monitor with their laptop, this is not a recording device. As noted, this home is also used as a personal residence, which is why some owner belongings are stored in clearly designated private closets separate from the guest closet. The refrigerator may contain a few sealed personal items in a separate area, but ample space is provided for guest use. The posting by the front door is a required city-issued permit for short-term rentals. Airbnb/Vrbo hosts are obligated to display this documentation. I genuinely value guest comfort as I offer you and most guests early check-in of more than 8 hours and late checkouts; also feel free to read my Airbnb reviews of the same property in a 5-months span I have over 30 reviews of 5’s and a 4. I continue to refine the listing, so expectations remain clear. Thank you.

This 1 bedroom was fantastic!! Super clean, big living room, nice private balcony into the trees. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa. I really enjoyed the stay!! Only wish we could have stayed longer. The host is super communicative, and we really enjoyed the stay. Hoping to come back again!!
