With 4 bedrooms including as well as 2 cozy sofa beds, this beautiful property offers space for 12-18 guests to relax. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with both showers & a bathtub, hair dryers and all amenities included. Whether you're looking to unwind in the cozy living room or cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen, rock away on the deck enjoying morning coffee or afternoon mimosas or even lay on hammocks by the lake this adorable house has everything you need for a memorable stay including an arcade, pool table, air hockey and ping pong! And don’t forget the old school board/cards games for both adults and kids! This property also backs up to the natural preserve with trails to the back bay. We are also only 1 mile from downtown shops and restaurants - an easy 15 min walk! And if would rather take a ride, free city trolley right in the corner of the house to go anywhere on the beach! Publix is also just down the road for any grocery needs!
