All logistics were very easy and well thought out. Place had all the accomodations and extras one would need. Fortunately, the folks in the adjoining unit were very quiet. Great place for 1 or 2 persons.

Really great area, great managers, house was very dirty on the chairs first entering, the rug first entering, the dryer was filthy. There was so much dog hair, some people consider dog hair clean but I see mass amounts and think disgusting. It's a wonderful little crash pad besides that! Very Nice!

Overall it was a great place to stay and would come back again. A few things: If you have a low clearance car - you're better off parking on the street, there is a guest pass that can be used.The entry door was a little difficult to close from the outside but the price and location are great. Chris was very accommodating and friendly.

This was a great option for visiting my DU student! Everything I needed for a very good price. Comfortable bed, office nook to work, outside patio to step outside when it was warm enough. Private and felt secure. There is another unit in this building, just be aware. I had stayed in that unit previously so I knew it was a shared building and it's fine. You can hear some things but it never bothered me and it was very quiet at night. I really liked it here and would stay again. Perfect for one person, could get a bit cramped for two.

Great location

I came out for work. The location was great. There were lots of restaurants just around the corner within walking distance. The room was tidy. I would not recommend taking children with you at this location. The room had lots of stuff on the shelves that kids could grab and play with. It was also not sound proofed very well from the other room that was attached. I could hear everything, so kids would really ruin it for someone else. Other than that, it was a tidy space, had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, dishes. Even had a washer and dryer. Communication was great from the manager. Easy check out. Nothing extreme or unreasonable.

Nice little studio in a great location, but the place wasn't very clean when we got there. Seems like the floor and area rugs hadn't been mopped/vacuumed in ages. It was very accommodating that we were able to bring our small dog with us, but the extra fee for that was pretty high ($100). Add that to the cleaning fee (which might have gone to nothing really) and booking fees, and I'd say the place is overpriced. We did appreciated the self check-in and separated entrance from the main house though. Would probably stay again because the neighborhood is great and close to many things!

I have stayed in this comfy guesthouse before -- in the summer. This trip in January it was cold in Denver and quite cold inside this little house. Bed was cozy with a blanket and comforter so I was warm beneath those. But getting up in the night or early morning to ice cold floor was jolting! I did find the space heater which warmed up the immediate vicinity -- not the floors.

Cute little hideaway

Tucked away just off south Broadway - an easy walk to coffee shops, a few bars and little restaurants and also a quick lyft/ride to more busy areas as this far south seems a little quieter. It would have been nice to have more room to put suitcases and clothes... we just ended up putting our stuff in the office desk corner area. There wasn't a closet. Otherwise, it got the job done!

Perfect little get away.

My family lives 1 mile away, so super convenient. Love being close to Pearl Street. Though it was too cold to enjoy, the private deck was adorable. I had my two little dogs so the close parks and quiet neighborhood were a great bonus.

It is a nice, clean studio in a fantastic location! We walked to the coffee shop, breakfast spot and down south Pearl. We also found a cool bar walking distance that played music video bingo and had games; short drive to the mountains and nice walk to Wash Park.

Lovely Getaway!

We loved the accommodations at this property. The weather was wonderful and having the bed right next to wide open double doors was fantastic! There was ample curtain coverage to ensure privacy when needed, but truthfully there were no direct views in to the part of the house we were staying in. The cute mini kitchen was more than enough to contain the provisions we bought for our trip, complete with sink stove & microwave! There was even a washer/dryer set up in the event we needed to do laundry! The shower was phenomenal, particularly after traveling/hiking all day - and the added touch of a bottle of wine and pretzels was just thoughtful! Would recommend 10/10

Denver Trip

This property was exactly as advertised. The owners were very welcoming and left a nice bottle of wine and snack for our arrival. The location was within walking distance of almost everything we needed or wanted. We didn't have to move our car the whole time we were there. It was nice to have a drive-way parking space rather than having to park on the street. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck every night and visiting with our daughter and SIL. And we used the grill. Everything about the place was a joy. When we come back we hope to stay in the same place.

This place was perfect, I didn't want to leave! I wasn't sure if it was going to feel too crammed with me and my pupper but between the great layout inside and the outside patio/yard it was a perfect fit! The kitchen space had everything you would need from a hot plate to a toaster and a french press for individual servings! Chris was super responsive and friendly when he was on site! Something I didn't know that was available was a doggy door which was perfect for my pupper to go in and out, especially when I had to go into work! The location of this home is great if you like to eat local, walk or run through neighborhoods and venture up to Wash Park! I would definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay!

Great spot for one

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The host texted me on my arrival day to let me know I could check in early and made it very easy to have a contactless check in. I stayed alone at this property and I think it was perfect for that. The space heaters in the living space kept me warm but the kitchen/laundry area was frigid. This property is attached to another, larger, rental unit that was occupied during my stay. Despite the blankets attached to the walls outside the bathroom, there was still a good amount of noise bleeding through from the other unit. I was within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants and it was very close to Sprouts and Whole Foods. If you're in town to explore, this is a great spot to rest between adventures.

Bohemian getaway

What a wonderful getaway spot. The studio had more spaces to enjoy - both inside and outside - so that it was much bigger and more spacious than a studio would suggest. It was very well set up so that our 2 week stay - 2 adults and 1 small dog - was so very comfortable. And the location for restaurants and grocery stores was awesome too. Thank you!
