Like many of the places in the area, it’s an older style, but clean, charming, and very well equipped, with many little extras that made our stay easier. It was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to return.

My kids and I had a great time at Jennifer's place on Avon. So close to thr beach and sound. A nice quiet neighborhood too. The place itself was an excellent deal and was clean and cozy. There's a ton to do in the OBX so finding things to do wasn't a problem. Jennifer was great at answering my questions before and during my stay. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay here and are looking forward to booking another for next summer! Jennifer is an excellent host and very communicative. The house is so cozy and has everything you need for a family to be able to cook meals (and also plenty of food storage containers with kids which I appreciated so much during our 2 week stay!) The hot tub was such a treat and we loved the deck so much! The downstairs under the house where the shower and hammocks are is completely closed in (with 2 latch doors) which made us feel safe that our kids could hang out outside but also provided us with so much storage space for all of our beach stuff. There was no shortage of games and puzzles upstairs for kids and each room has a tv, so everyone can chill out when not exploring the OBX. There were plenty of towels supplied for the bathroom and there were also towels to use for the hot tub provided too, so I never felt like I had to constantly do wash. We really felt so comfortable here and truly enjoyed our vacation. Thanks so much Jennifer!!
