Situated just minutes from the slopes and Mountain Village, it provides easy access to all the wonderful amenities of Purgatory Resort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious King Bed, an attached bath with a tub/shower combination, and picturesque views. Additionally, the unit includes two more bedrooms, one featuring a Queen bed and the other two Twin beds which can be converted into a King bed if preferred. A full shared bathroom is available off the living room. The living room offers breathtaking views and seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining area. She let us know dishwasher wasn’t working when driving there on day 1 which was disappointing for family with young kids who planned meals for all 3 days so having to wash dish’s daily routine took Gma away from playing with grandkids

Great location and decent view but that’s about it. Very old building, unit needs bath/kitchen remodel. Not enough glassware, cooking supplies which matters at Purg because there really is no where to eat. You get what you pay for here. Inexpensive 3 bedroom close to slopes. Crash pad.

We were a couple and 2 singles so the apartment worked well. Well supplied with cooking and eating equipment. Convenient to base area and lifts. We did have a few negatives: overpowering room perfumers (we found them hidden in fake plants and wrapped them in foil to hide the awful scent); no recycling and had trouble finding trash cans; parking lot not cleared of snow in a timely manner; could use a rack above coat hooks to put helmets, wet gloves and neck gaiters on; could use a map of base area.

I'm familiar with the property having stayed there before. The access to the mountain and lifts is great. I was disappointed that one bathroom sink had a note saying it was leaking and not to use but DPRC was contacted. No one came to fix during our time there. We also had a dishwasher that didn't drain so we had to do all dishes by hand. I would have thought all maintenance would have been completed before renting it out to us.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Directions and information was well organized, easy to access. Only suggestion for improvement was the cookware was of low quality, well worn and much of it heat warped. Had great experience otherwise.

As it looks in the pictures

The property is as it looks in the pictures. It was everything that we needed for our family and we enjoyed our time. Thanks for opening your home! Pros- the ski area is nice and has a small store for necessities. There was plenty of space for our two families. We were able to relax in the living room, cook, and eat together, which you don’t get at any hotel. Cons- The family upstairs steps with a loud foot. Not a big deal as we were out having fun most of the day. The sliding glass door is tough to open and could use an adjustment. There are a lot of supplies in the kitchen but much of it is old but useable. Overall, it was great. Thanks again!
