Third & Fourth Bedrooms (Second Floor): Each with a queen bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.

Fifth Bedroom (Second Floor): Includes two bunk beds (sleeps 4: 2 adults on bottom bunks and 2 children on top), plus a private full bathroom.

****CRITICAL HOUSE RULE: Only registered guests on VRBO will be allowed through the gate by security officers.


GUEST LIST REQUIREMENT: (HOA Compliance)
At least 10 days before arrival, the primary renter must submit: Their full name, age, phone number, and current legal address, and a complete list of all registered guests with full names, cities of residence, and ages.

***Note: The number of guests on the submitted list must not exceed the number entered in the VRBO reservation. If booking less than 10 days before check-in, this information must be submitted within 8 hours of booking.

PARKING: A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed at the property.

BOATING INFORMATION:
One (1) boat or 2 jet skis are permitted at the private backyard dock. Guests may not bring boats or trailers into the April Sound subdivision. Instead, use the private marina facilities (rental) nearby for launching and trailer storage.

There are two nearby waterfront marinas (within 5 minutes) offering rentals for boats, pontoons, jet skis, trailer and truck parking, etc.

APRIL SOUND COUNTRY CLUB ACCESS:
The clubhouse is just a 4-minute walk from the home. As our guests, you may access five (5) clubhouse amenities at a discounted rate:

Clubhouse Access Fee: $100 for 3 days for 2 adults + 3 children (under 23).
Additional guests or extended access will incur extra fees per the April Sound Country Club policies. Taxes and credit card processing fee (3%) will be added.

Important: To minimize costs, list only the guests who intend to use these amenities on the Club Access Information.

Available Amenities Include:
a. Three swimming pools (adult, kids, and toddler)
b. Fitness center
c. Golf course (details in Renter Access Agreement)
d. Tennis courts (details in Renter Access Agreement)
e. Clubhouse restaurant

Note: If the Club Access Information is not submitted at least 10 days before arrival, club access will not be granted.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
The attached Rental Agreement outlines all house rules, policies, and terms. By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to comply with the full contents of this agreement.
