Great place for a large group gathering. The rental was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and dining needs. Much attention to detail for guests convenience and comfort, like luggage stands, charging areas for electronics, comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms with showers and cabinets and adequate counter spaces. Indoor and deck fireplaces with comfortable seating and scenic views were added bonuses. Our group especially enjoyed the movie room and the adjacent game room.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The host was ignoring messages when we needed help throughout our stay but would omly respond when I requested a late check out which meant they get more money from me. Pretty unpleasant and unprofessional. Just wish the host didn’t completely ignore me and messages/questions that I had DURING my stay. Insane. Also the house wasn’t very clean- cleaners should do better with dusting. Spider webs and dust everywhere.

We’re sorry to hear you felt your messages weren’t attended to during your stay. In reviewing our communication, the only inquiries we received were regarding late check‑out, door code access, and questions about the grill—all of which were responded to promptly. No concerns about cleanliness were reported to us during your visit, but we appreciate you sharing this feedback now so we can follow up with our housekeeping team. Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
