Our property is a minimum 31 day rental. Please contact us to inquire about the dates you are interested in.

Located less than 5 miles West of the strip, we are less than 10 minutes to the strip.

Over 5,000 sq ft with 5br, 5.5ba, swimming pool with mini waterfall and spa, Big Screen TVs in virtually every room, custom pool table, poker table from the World Series Of Poker, High Speed Internet, luxury sheets and comforters, gourmet kitchen, built-in appliances, beautiful leather sofa, BBQ grill, swimming pool and lounge chairs.

4 bedrooms including the master bedroom are located upstairs and 1 bedroom with a king bed is downstairs.

Wonderful house!

I had a great time staying in the house! It was beautiful! We did have a couple of mishaps (the oven stopped working and one of the shower’s drains was clogged), but steve made sure that we had everything taken care of. I would definitely use his house again!

Well kept mansion near strip

Beautiful house in every way. Bedrooms well furnished and spacious. Beautiful pool with waterfall and hot tub. House is very comfortable and feels like a home and not a rental. Owner was very gracious and answered any inquiries we had quickly. 5 star all the way.

Great girls weekend

Lovely property in a save neighborhood. Great for our family’s and the pool was amazing. Steve was very helpful. This wan an emergency stay as our prior property was a disaster and Steve was incredibly accommodating at the last minute.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We had a great time at the Poker Estate. There was plenty of room for our group with lots of extra space to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area the most. Steve was very accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries and/or issues that came up during our stay. Definitely will stay again when back in Vegas.

Great house

We had a fantastic time at the Poker Estate. There was 8 in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool/hot tub is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. It's a 10 minute drive to the strip. If I had to critique one thing it would be that the pool table area could use a face lift and the windows need cleaned but overall this place is really nice. And even though I never spoke with the owner, Steve, he always responded electronically right away to any questions that I had. Since no one was staying before or after us he let us check in early and check out late which worked out great for us. Thanks Steve!

We have been coming to Vegas and renting homes for a week for 15 years and this is one of the nicest we’ve had. Quality linens and bedding. Comfy beds. Nice pool. This house was AMAZING! Better in person and the price was RIGHT! Steve was very helpful! The house has everything you need and it made it hard for us to leave and explore Vegas. The pool is fabolous and the outdoor area! The beds were very comfy and there was a lot of space to move around with 14 guest. We will visit again!

Went to Las Vegas for an adult friends and family reunion. Very much enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool and hottub. The house was very clean and spacious as expected, but there were no extra blankets, sheets, towels, trashbags, paper towels, or toilet paper provided. I purchased most of these items and let the owner know. The master bath was beautiful...we wanted to bring it home with us. Overall a great experience.

The house was perfect for our group, very comfortable and only 12 minute Uber from the Wynn/Encore resort where our events. They had a highchair worked out perfectly for my 2 year old. The pool was relaxing. Everything was great, will stay there again for sure.
