Kings Beach is the town we know and love! It’s where we’re raising our family and where we spend our days exploring the trails, beaches, and mountains. The neighborhood has so much to offer: gorgeous beaches, hiking and biking trails, proximity to top ski resorts, and a friendly local community. We’re close to great restaurants, shops, and live music, and Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe are all less than an hour away.

This home is brand-new and thoughtfully designed with quality craftsmanship throughout. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there are two living rooms with fireplaces for relaxing and gathering.
