Sit in the hot tub and watch for moose, elk, fox while you enjoy the fresh mountain air. The home is tucked quietly up in the alpine forest 15 minutes from Fairplay or Alma, 45 minutes from the slopes in Breckenridge or the hot springs in Buena Vista in either direction. There is also a little secret loft in the Master :)

Make sure to have winter tires or chains in the Winter (Oct - May). It is on county maintained roads but it does snow in the mountains! We reccomend 4 wheel or all wheel as well. No need for any of that in the Spring, Summer, or fall.
