Fully furnished 1BR/1BA apartment perfect for traveling nurses and other professionals. Minimum 3-month stay. Only 15-30 minute drive to most Downtown and Buckhead areas. All utilities and WiFi use are included in the rent. All plumbing, electric, fixtures and appliances are new including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Hot/cold Keurig coffee maker with starter pods provided along with starter toiletry kit. Apartment has tile flooring with area rugs, mini-split energy-efficient HVAC, coded front door lock with Ring doorbell camera, smoke detector and Ring security alarm. Security also includes motion activated lights with cameras and fire extinguisher. All lights are dimmable and both ceiling fans have remotes to control dimming and fan speed. There is a small patio in front of entrance with chairs and small table. Windows are screened and will open. The location is a half mile walk from Virginia Highland's best restaurants like The Highland Tap Steakhouse, Fontaine's Oyster Bar, La Tavola Trattoria, Murphy's and more. Nearby hospitals include Emory Clifton, Emory Midtown, Piedmont Atlanta and Grady Memorial.
