This house was very cute and very close to town. We enjoyed our stay and saw a bear in the side yard.

Great place, great location and very safe. Easy walk to Main Street. It got a little hot the day we were there and I wish they had AC.

Mark, thank you again for the opportunity to host. We at Estes Valley Vacation Rentals appreciate your kind words about the property and positive feedback. Majority of the homes here in our little mountain town do not have central AC, so we learn to utilize the windows and fans coupled with the beautiful mountain breezes, to assist during those few warm afternoons. We will definitely look into additional comfort options going forward.

Host is very communicative. The property is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has off street parking. But the bathroom is pretty cramped and awkward. The property doesn’t have a/c and we got pretty warm at night. They did have extra fans to setup though.

Taylor, thank you again for the opportunity to host recently. We at Estes Valley Vacation Rentals appreciate your kind words and feedback about our managed property. Yes, we are a mountain town where majority of the homes do not have central AC, so hopefully the provided ceiling and floor fans, along with the open windows and mountain breezes, were able to assist in ventilating during a few warm afternoons. We look forward to hosting you again when your return to beautiful Estes Park.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, cozy and included all of the essentials. This is an older house with some very interesting and cool features. I loved the unique doors! The comfy chairs in the sun room with windows looking at the mountains were used every day. We loved that the downtown area is easily walkable from the house. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that there is no AC, but there are plenty of fans and most of the time this was not a problem. Trent was very helpful and even reached out to inform us of the need to reserve entrance to RMNP. The house was clean, communication was A! If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.
