The Space:

Set on two private acres with 20-mile Hill Country views, this spacious 2,900 sq. ft. home offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and unforgettable scenery. The open living room features wood-beamed ceilings, large windows, cozy seating, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a double oven, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar for three, and a dining table for six — perfect for relaxed mornings or family meals after a day exploring.



The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite full bathroom, and panoramic views, upgraded with sound-reducing window inserts for peaceful rest. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and the living room offers a full-size sofa bed for extra guests. The home is also family-friendly and includes a Pack ’n Play, collapsible high chair, and a child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs for guests traveling with young children.
