Surrounded by nature and set along the Blackwater River, this home has every amenity needed to enjoy a restful stay. A spacious deck overlooks a large yard bordered by the river, where you can take a dip off the dock or pedal along the water using the 4-seater pedal boat. After a day of outdoor fun, soak in the hot tub under the stars or warm up under a blanket by the fire table.

Located just 10-30 minutes from charming farms, orchards, breweries, cideries, ski resorts and more, Riverside Retreat offers a balance between seclusion and convenience. Spend your days exploring local attractions or take advantage of nearby skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing opportunities in the winter. No matter the season, this home provides a comfortable and inviting home base for your New Hampshire getaway. With a blend of comfort, nature, and proximity to local attractions, Riverside Retreat is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories with family and friends.

At Riverside Retreat, the whole house is available to guests. The first floor consists of a large mudroom with plenty of storage space for all your gear, ½ bathroom, kitchen, large dining space, living room with projector and screen, spacious sunroom and first floor master bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The expansive deck is multi-level and is accessed through the sunroom. The hot tub is located a few feet from the sunroom door for easy access.

Amenities:
Riverside Retreat has an extensive list of amenities, including direct access to the Blackwater River! During summer months the river is accessed from the backyard using the dock. Included with the house is a pedal boat with life jackets for guest use. The river is generally calm and great for swimming or paddle sports. On the deck is a 6-seater hot tub, large dining table with seating for 8, propane grill, and couches surrounding a propane fire table.

Inside the home is a large, heated sunroom with board games the whole family will enjoy. The finished basement boasts a fully equipped home gym and infrared sauna. Also in the basement, is a bonus hang out space, as well as comfortable seating and another television for family movie nights. There is also a variety of outdoor kids toys and games available at the house, including an obstacle course, horseshoes & more!

Comfortable First Floor Master with King bed, ensuite bathroom and mini split for heating and cooling
Three Bedrooms Upstairs, One Queen, One Custom - between queen and double – and a Bedroom with Twin bunk beds and lower trundle. All upstairs bedrooms have a mini split or window AC units during summer months.
