Central A/C and Fast Wifi in the Sunapee Region, one Level 1400sf With 3 BRs

Conveniently located in downtown Bradford, the Gateway to The Sunapee Region. Bradford is a quaint town with just a few eateries you can walk or bike too. A warm and inviting space for a family or friends to rest and relax after a long day at the slopes or lakes. The Carriage Suite has three comfortable bedrooms. A comfortable living room with a smart TV and area to play board games. The kitchen is well stocked and has a eat-in dining table that seats 5, no dishwasher but we do have a washer and dryer. The bathroom is on the smaller side but is clean and has a bathtub/shower. A new cell tower in town, Verizon is best. The internet is fast, if you need to do work. Large and convenient parking for 2 cars. Central air conditioning, shared back yard with grill. Bradford is a recreational dense area with bike/hiking trails and three lakes in town. We also have a highchair and pack'nplay. This large unit is located at the back of an antique building. The antique building has two other units, and a gift shop.

We have stayed here a few times. We love the home. Holly is exceptional and her home reflects it. It has lots of room, great wifi, and central air. Couldn't be a better place to relax after a day off visiting friends. We definitely hope to come back again.

Once we knew where the key was, check in was easy. There is great space in Holly’s home with a kitchen that is fully equipped and has a washer & dryer (a must since we were there two weeks). The place was clean and quiet for our much needed R&R. It was a great location for visiting many friends who live within 30-45 minutes. Had a wonderful time!

Wonderful relaxed week!

We stumbled upon this gem last summer when our rental fell through just 3 weeks before vacation. We couldn't have been happier. This week was our second stay and we will be back next month too. This beautiful home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to shops, restaurants, and highways. The location made it easy to visit friends 30 minutes away and explore new areas as well. After being out much of the day in 90+ weather, the central air was much appreciated. We hope to be back next year too! Thank you Holly!

Great vacation rental!

This apartment is even nicer in person than in the listing. Spotlessly clean, too, and very spacious. The master bedroom is huge. The listing describes the bathroom as small, but it seemed full-sized to me. The whole place is also well-furnished and nicely painted in muted colors. The kitchen had everything you could want, including coffee pods and sugar packets. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay! It is exceptionally clean and well kept/new. It has an interesting mix of an old New England feel and modern touches. The location is quiet even being so close to a major roadway. The host checked in while we were there to make sure all was going well. We will definitely be looking to rent here again.
