Lake Todd Waterfront Cottage

Cozy cottage on Lake Todd with 50 feet of private beach across the street is available for your summer fun! Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out at the lake, second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and a charcoal grill is provided.

Large boats are not allowed on Lake Todd but it is the perfect place for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats with great fishing and bird watching!
Lake Todd is located in Newbury NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee with great hiking trails for all ages!

Please note, cottage sits on a small hill with several steps leading to the entrance.

A 2-night minimum is required, if you have questions, please send an inquiry with questions before reserving the cottage.

Please provide a little information about yourself and your guests when inquiring or booking. I have strict policies in regards to age, parties and events and a limit of 3-4 guests unless prior permission has been granted. Please include yourself in the total number of guests.

Reservations will not be confirmed without required guest information.

Water shoes are recommended for the lake as it can be rocky in areas.

The Cottage was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the wonderful view and peace & quiet. My only complaint was the small bathroom. The Appleseed Restaurant nearby was very good for Sunday Brunch.

Perfect Girls Weekend getaway

This is our second stay and we could not be more satisfied! The house, beach, host, and location are all amazing and we had the best family vacation. Beautiful Lakeside Getaway

Beautiful cabin with a sunroom overlooking the private beach that comes with the property. Within walking distance of the Appleseed restaurant. And a very (very) short drive for your morning Dunkin coffee run. The fire pit on the beach or the charcoal grill in the backyard make for a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lake access for swimming or fishing.

Absolutely quiet and peaceful

The cottage was a perfect place to sit and relax with family. We had the best unplugged stay. The beach was perfect with crystal clear water. Next year I hope to bring my grandaughter. I personally love to cook on vacation or off. I wish there were more pans to cook with. Otherwise, it was perfect there was nothing better than making breakfast and looking out the porch windows. Seeing the most beautiful picture of the lake and the mountain. Thank you, for allowing my family stay at your cottage.

Quiet Lakefront with Beautiful View

The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family (3-4). It provides a great location across the road to sit at the water. We had a rainy stay so only got a few minutes there but the front porch was perfect to sit on with coffee and listen to the loons, enjoying the tranquility. We would stay again!!

Cozy cottage with some drawbacks…

This was an adorable little stay. The lake front was a quiet time that we needed. Some pros are the location, the size was cozy and not too small. It was clean and the view was lovely. Cons where every single bed was horrible and uncomfortable. There were also no useful amenities within the cottage. She did inform me to bring our own towels but my point still stands that it was lack luster.
