Lake Todd Waterfront Cottage

Cozy cottage on Lake Todd with 50 feet of private beach across the street is available for your summer fun! Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out at the lake, second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and a charcoal grill is provided.

Large boats are not allowed on Lake Todd but it is the perfect place for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats with great fishing and bird watching!
Lake Todd is located in Newbury NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee with great hiking trails for all ages!

Please note, cottage sits on a small hill with several steps leading to the entrance.

A 2-night minimum is required, if you have questions, please send an inquiry with questions before reserving the cottage.

Please provide a little information about yourself and your guests when inquiring or booking. I have strict policies in regards to age, parties and events and a limit of 3-4 guests unless prior permission has been granted. Please include yourself in the total number of guests.

Reservations will not be confirmed without required guest information.

Water shoes are recommended for the lake as it can be rocky in areas.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties/events. 4 guest limit unless prior approval has been given by owner, you must state the exact number of guests that plan to stay.

The Cottage was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the wonderful view and peace & quiet. My only complaint was the small bathroom. The Appleseed Restaurant nearby was very good for Sunday Brunch.

Quiet Lakefront with Beautiful View

The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family (3-4). It provides a great location across the road to sit at the water. We had a rainy stay so only got a few minutes there but the front porch was perfect to sit on with coffee and listen to the loons, enjoying the tranquility. We would stay again!!

Family Vacation

This is our second stay and we could not be more satisfied! The house, beach, host, and location are all amazing and we had the best family vacation. Great getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family to get away. The lake was shallow and the beach was perfect for the kids to play. Cottage has everything we needed and Judy was great throughout the entire process. We can't wait to go back!
