Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the BBQ Grill (located in garage), please roll it outside to the driveway and use there, keep it in the driveway and please make sure you turn off the gas valve once you’re done using it.
Please wash dishes or start the dishwasher before checkout. • Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down the sink, please throw that in the trash once safe to do so.
Please place all trash in the proper bin outside in the driveway (or down the dirt driveway if it’s a mid-week start/end) before check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the perfect lakeside getaway! The host was so great in making sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything, but nothing was needed because the house was perfect! The check-in/check-out instructions were easy and clear and the house had everything we could possibly need for a comfy weekend by the lake. Highly recommend for a low-key weekend with friends. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely and peaceful lakefront home. It has everything! The modern kitchen has whatever you might need to cook your own meals. The living room furniture is exceptionally comfortable, has a huge tv and surround sound. The bed was also very comfortable, bathrooms are updated and clean. There is plenty of room for a family or two. The host left thoughtful amenities for guests which was a very nice touch. The house is located close to all the shopping, yet on a quiet street and the lake is so peaceful. We spent mornings and evenings enjoying the screen porch. We highly recommend this property!

The home is immaculate with modern touches everywhere and a cozy home feel at the same time. The beds are so comfortable, the lighting is warm, and the kitchen offered us the perfect opportunity to eat-in on most occasions rather than leaving the property to eat out. We appreciated having access to kayaks, paddle boards, lifejackets, and a convenient dock. The lake itself is peaceful and serene place to have fun, relax, and unwind. The location was ideal for our family getaway. The privacy of the lakefront home set merely 3-5 minutes from any local convenience of groceries, shopping, etc, is really great. The short drive to Highland Mtn Bike park was also a perk!! It would be great if you had a stash of beach towels for guests to use, as we didn't bring any and ended up having to pick up some from Walmart.

This house was the perfect home for our family. The owners are always very responsive, they aloud us tu use the big garage for us to have our Harley’s in . Even though it’s a very quiet place by the lake we were close to all the shoppings and restaurants. We’ve been in quite a few rentals over the years but I must say this one comes first in all points !! Clean, well kept inside and outside, the outdoor sitting area, the lake, the view , everything you’d expect and even more !! Alfonso and Tony, we’re so grateful to have had the chance to discover your hidden Gem!
